Hainan Airlines sought to create a unique travel companion for young passengers that would combine fun, functionality, and brand identity. Aksen was invited to collaborate on this project, leveraging our expertise in product customization and international design to develop a children’s airplane-shaped luggage inspired by Hainan Airlines’ fleet.

Product Highlights

Iconic Design: Modeled after a Hainan Airlines aircraft, featuring the airline’s red, yellow, and white color scheme with branded details.
Lightweight & Durable: Made from imported eco-friendly PP material, weighing only 1.5kg yet strong enough to withstand frequent use.
Child-Friendly Features: Equipped with a sturdy external pull rod, perfectly sized at 550×359×228mm for children aged 6–12.
Practical & Playful: Balances imaginative design with everyday usability, making travel more enjoyable for young passengers.

Development Process

From concept sketches to 3D modeling and structural engineering, Aksen’s team ensured that the luggage combined aesthetic appeal with practical functionality. Every stage—from prototyping to testing—was carefully managed to deliver a product that met both brand and user expectations.
